SOLTEQ PLC'S CO-OPERATION NEGOTIATIONS HAVE ENDED

Solteq Plc Stock Exchange Bulletin on November 19 2014 at 1 PM

Solteq Plc has finalized the co-operation negotiations which began in the
beginning of October. As a result of these negotiations 20 employments will be
terminated.

Possible temporary layoffs of 20 employees at the most will be carried out by
June 30 2015 if it is required by company's production and economic situation.
