DIGIA'S FINANCIAL REPORTS AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2013



Digia Plc will disclose its financial statement bulletin for year 2012 on
Friday, 1 February 2013 at 9:00. 

The company will disclose its interim reports for 2013 as follows:
- Q1/2013 Interim Report: Tuesday 30 April 2013 at 9:00
- Q2/2013 Interim Report: Tuesday 13 August 2013 at 9:00
- Q3/2013 Interim Report: Friday 1 November 2013 at 9:00

Digia plans to publish the financial statement and annual report for year 2012
on Monday 18 February, 2013. 

Digia Plc will hold its Annual General Meeting for 2013 on Tuesday, 12 March
2012, in Helsinki starting at 10:00.
