The activity results of the 9 months of the year 2012 


 Not audited activity result of the Company of the 9 months of the year 2012
(as at 30 September, 2012) according to the International accounting standards
is loss (before taxes) LTL 10,948 thousand (EUR 3,171 thousand), and Group‘s
loss (before taxes) is LTL 11,023 thousand (EUR 3,193 thousand). 

Company's income from the sales during 9 months of the year 2012 is LTL 244,919
thousand (EUR 70,933 thousand), and Group‘s profit is LTL 245,024 thousand (EUR
70,964 thousand). 

We now present not audited interim financial statements of the 9 months of the
year 2012 and Confirmation from responsible persons.
