THE SHARES SUBSCRIBED IN ORAVA RESIDENTIAL REIT'S DIRECTED SHARE ISSUE HAVE
BEEN REGISTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER 



Orava Residential Real Estate Investment Trust plc's (Orava Residential REIT)
80,000 new shares, that the company allocated itself without charge in a
directed share issue, on 6 November 2014 have been registered into the Trade
Register. The company may use the shares company allocated itself for
strengthening its capital structure, developing its business operations and
widening its ownership base by both acquiring investment properties and issuing
convertible bonds. After the issues the total number of shares of the company
is 5,088,123 shares. 

Orava Residential REIT has filed a listing application concerning the above
mentioned shares. The shares will be subject to trading on 3 December 2014. The
trading code of the new shares on the Helsinki Stock Exchange main list is
OREITN0114. The new shares do not entitle holders to dividends paid during
2014.
