Ukio Bankas AB - Notification on material event

Concerning the information received from shareholder Vladimir Romanov

AB Ukio bankas received a report from shareholder Vladimir Romanov about
resolution, passed by the Board of the Bank of Lithuania to give permission for
Vladimir Romanov to increase his share of joint-stock company Ukio bankas
qualified capital and (or) voting rights up to controlling interest.
