Agrowill Group AB - Notification on material event

Agrowill Group AB signed share purchase agreement of Grūduva UAB

Today, on June 20, Agrowill Group AB signed the share purchase 
agreement regarding acquisition of 97,28 percent of Grūduva UAB.

Agrowill Group AB will pay LTL 34,5 million (EUR  9,99 million)
for the shares acquired.

The share purchase will be closed after the Competition council
approval.
