Lietuvos Dujos AB - Notification on material event

New Natural Gas Tariffs

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2012-11-12 08:37 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On November 9,
2012 (Minutes No 9), the Board of Directors of AB Lietuvos Dujos approved the
tariffs of natural gas transmission and distribution services and natural gas
tariffs for household consumers that will come into effect from January 1,
2013. The company, pursuant to the provisions of the Law on the Liquefied
Natural Gas Terminal of the Republic of Lithuania and secondary legislation, in
2013 will carry administrative functions of the Liquefied Natural Gas Terminal
(hereinafter - LNGT) funds and, applying LNGT-related extra tariff (surcharge),
set by the National Control Commission For Prices and Energy, will collect the
LNGT funds from the transmission system users and will transfer those funds to
the beneficiary - the company that was appointed by the Government to implement
the Liquefied Natural Gas Terminal Project (AB Klaipėdos Nafta). 

The tariffs, approved by the Board of Directors of AB Lietuvos Dujos, were
presented to the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy for
approbation.
