SAUNA TENDERCO 1 SAS PUBLIC TENDER OFFER FOR ALL SHARES AND WARRANTS
IN ALDATA SOLUTION OYJ - PRELIMINARY RESULTS

Aldata Solution Oyj has today received the following notification in
accordance with the Chapter 2, Section 9 of Securities Markets Act:"Sauna Tenderco 1 SAS (a wholly owned subsidiary of Sauna Acquisition
LLC) launched on 29 June 2007  its public tender offer (the  "Offer")
for all issued and outstanding shares and warrants in Aldata Solution
Oyj. The acceptance period for the Offer commenced on 29 June 2007 at
9:30 am (Finnish  time), was extended  on 24 July  and expired on  14
August 2007 at 16:30 pm Finnish time.

Based on  the preliminary  result received  from the  Manager of  the
Tender Offer  which is  subject to  confirmation, 28  580 485  shares
representing 41.68 % of the shares  was validly tendered for and  not
properly withdrawn.

The above holding together with the holding of 29.29 % of the  shares
in Aldata  Solution Oyj  by  Symphony Technology  II-A, L.P.  (to  be
transferred  to  the  Offeror  as  explained  in  the  Tender   Offer
Document), Sauna Tenderco 1 SAS'  holding in Aldata Solution Oyj,  in
case the Offer will be completed, will amount to some 70.97 % of  the
total number of shares and voting rights in Aldata Solution Oyj.

Sauna Tenderco 1 SAS will announce the final result on 17 August
2007. The announcement of the final result will confirm (i) the
percentage of the shares and warrants that have been validly tendered
for and not properly withdrawn and (ii) whether or not the Tender
Offer will be completed."
