Memorandum of Agreement for the purchase of the vessel signed

Limarko laivininkystės kompanija AB signed the Memorandum of Agreement for the
purchase of the reefer vessel, which shall become one of the largest vessels in
the reefer fleet of the Company. The new vessel of the Company was built in
Japan in 1993 and is a sistership of m/v “Capella”, which was added to the
fleet last year. The vessel under purchase is designed to carry up to 3450
standard europallets and shall transport fruit, vegetables, frozen, chilled and
perishable food products (meat, fish). The takeover of the vessel shall be
completed during the first half of October. After this transaction the tonnage
of Limarko laivininkystės kompanija AB reefer fleet shall increase by 11
percent.
