Qt Group Plc’s financial reporting and the annual general meeting in 2021

Qt Group Plc Stock Exchange Release August 7, 2020 at 1:00 pm

Qt Group Plc will publish its 2020 financial statements on February 17, 2021 at
3:00 pm. The financial statements will be published as part of the company's
annual report, which contains the report of the Board of Directors, consolidated
and parent company financial statements, and the auditor's report for the period
January 1 – December 31, 2020. At the same time the Corporate Governance
Statement and the Remuneration Report for Governing Bodies for the financial
year 2020 will be published.

Qt Group Plc will publish financial reports in 2021 as follows:
- Interim Statement for January-March on April 22, 2021 at 3:00 pm,
- Half-Year Report August 5, 2021 at 3:00 pm, and
- Interim Statement for January-September on October 28, 2021 at 3:00 pm.

Qt Group Plc's Annual General Meeting will be held on March 16, 2021, starting
at 10.00 am. The AGM material will be available on the company's website at
www.qt.io on February 17, 2021.
