QPR SOFTWARE PLC DISTRIBUTES EUR 0.02 PER SHARE TO SHAREHOLDERS FROM THE UNRESTRICTED EQUITY FUND

QPR SOFTWARE PLC     STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE      20 NOVEMBER, 2009 at 9.30 a.m. 

QPR SOFTWARE PLC DISTRIBUTES EUR 0.02 PER SHARE TO SHAREHOLDERS FROM THE        
UNRESTRICTED EQUITY FUND                                                        

The Board of Directors of QPR Software Plc has decided, according to the        
authorization granted by the Shareholders Meeting on 12 March 2009, to          
distribute EUR 0.02 per share to shareholders from the invested unrestricted    
equity fund, totaling to EUR 243,737.26. The Board of Directors decided to      
distribute funds to the shareholders that have been entered into the company's  
shareholders' register on the record date, which was set at 9 December, 2009.   
The payment will be made on 17 December, 2009.                                  

In its assessment on the distribution of assets, the Board of Directors         
evaluated especially the development of the Company´s operative environment,    
implementation of the Company´s strategy and economic situation.
