Sampo Group's holding in Asiakastieto has exceeded 15 per cent

Asiakastieto Group Plc ("Asiakastieto" or the "Company") has on 20 November
2015 received an announcement referred to in Chapter 9, Section 5 of the
Securities Markets Act, according to which Sampo Group's holding (Sampo Plc,
Mandatum Life Insurance Company Ltd and Mandatum Life SICAV-SIF) in Asiakastieto
has exceeded the threshold of 15 per cent on 19 November 2015.

According to the announcement, the holding of Sampo Group has increased to
2 950 968 shares, corresponding to 19,54 per cent of the Company's shares and
voting rights:

- Sampo Plc: 1 520 000 shares and voting rights (10,06 %)
- Mandatum Life Insurance Company Ltd: 1 427 508 shares and voting rights
(9,45%)
- Mandatum Life SICAV-SIF: 3 460 shares and voting rights (0,02 %)

Asiakastieto's has in total 15 102 178 shares. All shares carry equal voting
rights.
