NOKIAN TYRES IN KAZAKHSTAN 

Referring to the discussions in public Nokian Tyres informs that the company is
negotiating a factory project in Kazakhstan. The negotiations are ongoing and
no agreements have been made. The target is to finalize the negotiation process
during the year 2007.
