ACCENDO CAPITAL FUND'S HOLDING IN TALENTUM TO 5.14%                             

Talentum Oyj has been informed on May 18, 2009 that the shares in the company   
held by Accenco Capital SICAV-SIF fund (Luxembourg) have exceeded 5% of the     
share capital.                                                                  

With reference to Chapter 2, paragraph 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act,
Talentum Oyj reports that on May 15, 2009 the shareholding of Accendo Capital   
SICAV-SIF was as follows.
