Norvestia’s Board of Directors will summon the Meeting on a later date.
Possible requests from shareholders to put matters on the agenda of 2017 Annual
General Meeting shall be submitted no later than 20 January 2017. The written
request shall be sent to Norvestia Oyj, Pohjoisesplanadi 35 E, 00100 Helsinki,
Finland. 

The company will publish three Interim Reports in 2017:

January-March      21 April 2017  
January-June       14 July 2017   
January-September  26 October 2017
