Presentation of Straumur's first quarter 2008 results

Straumur-Burdaras Investment Bank ("Straumur") will publish its
results for the first quarter of 2008 on Wednesday April 30. A
presentation of the results will be held on that same day at Hilton
Reykjavík Nordica, Sudurlandsbraut 2, Reykjavík. Straumur's CEO,
William Fall, and Stephen Jack, Straumur's CFO, will present the
results and respond to questions. The meeting will be held in
English.
 
The presentation begins at 12:00. Refreshments will be served from
11:30.
