Pöyry's Financial Statements 2013 and Corporate Governance Statement 2013
published

Pöyry PLC has today on 18 February 2014 published its Financial Statements 2013
and a separate Corporate Governance Statement 2013.

The Financial Statements 2013 include the annual accounts and consolidated
annual accounts in their entirety and the report of the Board of Directors and
the auditor's report.

The Corporate Governance Statement 2013 is given as a separate report from the
report of the Board of Directors.

The Financial Statements 2013 and the Corporate Governance Statement 2013 are
attached to this release in PDF-format and are also available on the company's
website at www.poyry.com in Finnish and English.
