TALENTUM DISSOLVING ITS PENSION FUND 

The joint pension fund of the Talentum Group will, under an agreement signed
today, transfer its statutory pension insurance to the Ilmarinen Mutual Pension
Insurance Company on 31 December 2009. As result of the transfer, the Group
will incur a non-recurring expense of about EUR 1.4 million as the IFRS items
in the balance sheet are cancelled. The cash flow impact of the transfer is
estimated to be close to zero. 

The transfer will not affect the level or extent of the pension security of the
personnel.  The pension fund covers the personnel of Talentum Oyj, Talentum
Media Oy and Suoramarkkinointi Mega Oy (totalling about 500 persons). The
pension liabilities to be transferred are estimated at EUR 21.0 million. 

The transfer will require the approval of the Financial Supervisory Authority.
