Report and Corporate Governance Statement have been published 

Property investment company Sponda Plc's Annual Report 2015, Financial
Statements and Corporate Governance Statement have been published attached to
this stock exchange 
release and on the company web-site at www.sponda.com.

The online Annual Report including the Financial Statements and the report by
the 
Board of Directors has been published in Finnish and English.

Responsibility is an essential part of the strategy

Sponda reports on its responsibility efforts in accordance with the Global
Reporting Initiative (GRI) reporting guidelines. The year 2015 corporate
responsibility report describes for example that the energy consumption of
Sponda’s properties decreased and the recycling rate of waste in the properties
located in Finland increased even to 97 per cent. 

In the 2015 Annual Report, Sponda also discusses how it is focusing its
property ownership according to company’s strategy.
