The market making agreement for Innofactor Plc’s share is transferred from FIM to S-Pankki


Innofactor Plc Stock Exchange Release February 29, 2016 at 10:15 Finnish time



FIM Bank Ltd has been acting as the liquidity provider for Innofactor Plc’s
shares. Now FIM transfers the liquidity providing operations within the group
to S-Pankki on March 1st, 2016. 

Innofactor has signed a market making agreement from March 1st, 2016 onwards
with S-Pankki with the same terms as in the old agreement with FIM that ends on
February 29th, 2016. According to the agreement FIM Bank Ltd will quote bids
and offers for Innofactor Plc's share so that the spread of the bid and offer
prices is a maximum of 4 percent calculated on the bid price. The bids and
offers quoted by the liquidity provider must be for an amount of shares
corresponding to 4,000 euros. 

S-Pankki shall quote bids and offers for Innofactor Plc's share in the trading
system of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki on each trading day for at least 85 percent of
the Continuous Trading period and in the auction procedures applicable to the
share. The notice period for the agreement is one month.
