CHANGE IN THE OWNERSHIP OF RAISIO PLC OWN SHARES

Enterily owned subsidiary of Raisio plc, Reso Management Oy, has on 31 August
2014 merged into Raisio plc and dissolved. Due to the merger 4,482,740 free
shares (RAIVV) in Raisio plc owned by Reso Management Oy have transferred to
direct ownership of Raisio plc. 

After the merger Raisio plc holds 7,779,696 free shares (RAIVV) and 212,696
restricted shares (RAIKV). The number of issued free shares is 131,561,640
while the number of restricted shares is 33,587,390. The share capital entitles
to 803,309,440 votes.
