Regarding „S&P GSCI Agriculture®“ Index-Linked Notes Change of Trustee

Bank Finasta informs that on July 16th, 2013 has signed trustee agreements with Šiaulių bankas AB. The trustee agreements were signed for two Index-Linked Notes issues - Finasta „S&P GSCI Agriculture® 1“ and Finasta „S&P GSCI Agriculture® 2 (hereinafter „the Notes“). By these trustee agreements Šiaulių bankas AB, acting as the trustee, undertakes to protect the rights and interests of the Notes holders in relations with Bank Finasta in the same manner as if Šiaulių bankas AB was a Notes holder itself. The trustee agreements that were in force with Ūkio bankas AB were terminated unilaterally as Ūkio bankas AB no longer provides custodian services.
