Ariella Zochovitzky to Citycon's Board of Directors' Remuneration Committee

The Board of Directors of Citycon Oyj has decided to elect Ms Ariella
Zochovitzky to the Board of Directors' Remuneration Committee. Other
members of the Remuneration Committee are Tuomo Lähdesmäki (Ch.),
Gideon Bolotowsky and Thom Wernink.
