AARNE AKTAN LEAVES TALENTUM'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Talentum Oyj's Board member Aarne Aktan has resigned from the Board due to
being appointed Talentum's Chief Executive Officer. 

Aarne Aktan will join Talentum as CEO on December 1, 2011 and his Board
membership will terminate on November 30, 2011. Aktan was elected to the Board
by the Annual General Meeting on April 1, 2011.
