notification:



FLAGGING ANNOUNCEMENT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 9, SECTION 5 OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES
MARKETS ACT



 1. Issuer of the shares

 2. Name of the shareholder subject to notification obligation
Fortel Invest Oy, business identity code 10149634



 3. Reason for the notification
The  purchase or divestment of the shares or voting rights. The amount of shares
and  votes have decreased  below the 5 per  cent flagging boundary. The decrease
took  place  on  August  8, 2013. Fortel  Invest  Oy  owns  6 463 539 shares  in
Elektrobit   Corporation,   corresponding   4.99 per   cent  of  the  Elektrobit
Corporation's shares and votes.



The  holdings of  Juha Sipilä  and Fortel  Invest Oy  (corporation controlled by
Sipilä),  together still  exceed 5 per  cent of  shares and  votes in Elektrobit
Corporation.



The  total number of shares of Elektrobit Corporation is 129 510 190. The shares
of  Elektrobit  Corporation  are  listed  on  the  NASDAQ  OMX Helsinki Ltd. The
