The extraordinary general meeting of Vaahto Group Plc Oyj on 19 June 2012
decided that the company's normal financial year would be changed to 1
January-31 December. The company's financial year that began 1 September 2011
is therefore extended to sixteen (16) months, ending on 31 December 2012. 

The main figures of the financial statements Of Vaahto Group from the fiscal
year 1.9.2011 - 31.12.2012 will be published on 28 February 2013 and the week
of the publication of the financial statements is 12/2013. 

Vaahto Group Plc Oyj will publish during the next fiscal year that will begin
1.1.2013 only one interim report per 30.6.2013 covering six months of
operations. The Interim Report will be published on 23 August 2013. 

Instead of the interim reports for the first three and nine months of the
accounting period, Vaahto Group Plc Oyj will disclose the interim management
statements during both the first and the last half-year of the fiscal period.
At the time this decision is made, the market value of the Vaahto Group Plc Oyj
is under 75 million euros, so the requirements to disclose the interim
management statement set in the Ministry of Finance decree are met. The Interim
Management Statement for Q1 will be published on 16 May 2013 and for Q3 on 14
November 2013.
