CHANGES IN THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM OF EFORE GROUP                         

Tuomo Rekilä, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing and a member of the 
Efore Executive Management Team will end his service at Efore as of June 19,    
2008. For the time being Reijo Mäihäniemi, President and CEO of Efore Plc will  
be responsible for the group sales and marketing function.
