Basware expands invoice automation and e-invoicing agreement to include support
services with major Finnish corporation in the metal industry

Basware has expanded an invoice automation and e-invoicing agreement with a
major Finnish corporation in the metal industry to cover extended support
services. The value of the agreement is EUR 600,000 over three years. The
customer has deployed Basware's invoice automation, e-invoicing and travel
management services group-wide globally."With Basware's services, this long-term customer has automated their invoices
processing, which makes handling and managing invoices considerably easier and
faster, as well as enhances the visibility and productivity of financial
operations. By adding extended support services, including customer service
management, high-priority service level agreement and global 24/7 support to our
services, the customer can focus on their core business," says Basware's CEO Esa
