The Board of Directors of Efore Plc has established the Audit Committee and
elected members among themselves to the Committee on 21st of November, 2014.
The members are Olli Heikkilä, Jarmo Simola and Jarkko Takanen. The Audit
Committee is chaired by Jarkko Takanen.
