Flagging notification in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act
Chapter 9 Section 5: holding of the investment funds administered by
OP-Rahastoyhtiö Funds in Exel Composites Plc exceeds 5 per cent 

Exel Composites Plc (business ID 1067292-7) has today 10 June 2014 received a
disclosure under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according
to which the holding of the investment funds administered by OP-Rahastoyhtiö
Funds (business ID 0743962-2) has exceeded 5 per cent of the voting rights and
share capital in Exel Composites Plc through share transactions concluded on 9
June 2014. 

The total holding of the investment funds administered by OP-Rahastoyhtiö Funds
amounts to 889,551 shares representing 7.48 per cent of the shares and voting
rights of the Company. 

The ownership share of Exel Composites' share capital within OP-Rahastoyhtiö
Funds is as follows: 

OP-Finland Small Firms Fund                      589,551 shares or 4.96%
OP-Delta Fund                                             300,000 shares or
2.52%
