New Management Board of LEO LT AB Elected

At the meeting held on April 9, 2009 the Supervisory Board of the national
investment company LEO LT AB re-elected the Management Board. The newly elected
Management Board Members are: Valdas Bancevičius, Ramūnas Bičiulaitis, Rokas
Masiulis, Rimantas Vaitkus ir Šarūnas Vasiliauskas. Mr. Rimantas Vaitkus was
elected the Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of LEO
LT AB.
