Stora Enso: Announcement with a reference to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act

STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 21 June 2017 at 15.30 EEST
Stora Enso Oyj received on 21 June 2017 a notification under the Chapter 9,
Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the holdings of
Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company in Stora Enso’s shares fell below the
threshold of 5% on 20 June 2017.
