With reference to the Financial Times Deutschland article on Sachtleben dated
24.4.2012, Kemira Oyj confirms that the shareholders of Sachtleben - Rockwood
and Kemira - have retained the investment bank Lazard as their financial advisor
to advise on strategic options, including potential sale or listing of their
Joint Venture Sachtleben.
