Mergers of subsidiaries

SOLTEQ PLC     STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 31.12.2007

The boards of directors of Solteq Plc, Tampereen Systeemitiimi Ltd
and Fulmentum Ltd have decided Tampereen Systeemitiimi Ltd and
Fulmentum Ltd to merge with their parent company Solteq Plc according
the merger plan as informed earlier 13.7.2007. The implementation of
the merger was entered into Finnish Trade register 31.12.2007.
