NBPR GRANTS PROHA PERMISSION TO DECREASE ITS SHARE PREMIUM ACCOUNT


The National Board of Patents and Registrations of Finland has granted 
Proha Plc the permission to decrease its share premium account in accordance
with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting held on March 31, 2009. The
share premium account shall be decreased by transferring the entire capital of
the share premium account in the amount of EUR 4,780,244.32 into the invested
non-restricted equity fund.
