ALDATA SHARES SUBSCRIBED WITH 2003 STOCK OPTIONS

A total of 74,600 new shares of Aldata Solution Oyj have been
subscribed for with the company's 2003B stock options. The 2003 stock
option plan is based on the decision of Aldata's Annual General
Meeting of 26 March 2003.

The corresponding increase in the share capital, in total EUR 746.00,
has been entered to the trade register on 2 June 2008. Following the
increase, the company's registered share capital is now EUR
687,333.95 and the number of shares is 68,733,395.

The new shares carry all shareholder rights with effect from the day
of registration. The company has requested OMX Nordic Exchange
Helsinki to list the new shares for public trading together with the
Aldata's former shares. Trading of the new shares will start on 3
June 2008.

The share subscription period for Aldata's 2003B stock options ended
on April 30, 2008. Altogether 154,600 new shares were subscribed
under the program, which increased Aldata's share capital by EUR
1,546.

The share subscription price with 2003B option rights was 1.03 euros
per share.
