The exit from Idean is completed - the transaction contributes five cents to
CapMan's EPS

CapMan's subsidiary Norvestia's exit from Idean Enterprises Oy has been
completed. The exit adds five cents to CapMan's first quarter 2017 earnings per
share and has a significant positive effect on cash flow.

In addition to the now realised return to CapMan, the Idean transaction includes
a potential additional purchase price to be determined in the upcoming two years
following the completion of the exit. The parties have agreed not to disclose
the purchase price.
