Tórshavn, Faroe Islands, 2011-07-18 17:07 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- P/F Atlantic
Petroleum (OMX: FO-ATLA) today announces a transaction of own shares. P/F
Atlantic Petroleum has today transferred 42,736 shares at DKK 204.28 per share
to the former owners of Volantis Exploration Limited. The transaction is
completed in conjunction with the acquisition of Volantis Exploration Limited
in June 2011.
