Issuance of corrected Annual Report 2008

As announced in stock exchange announcement no 16/2009 dated 30 October 2009,
regarding the Bank's 3Q result and information regarding participation in
Credit Package II, the Bank's Annual Report 2008 has been chosen for inspection
by the Danish Securities Council, as a part of a routine inspection of listed
companies. 

The Securities Council has pointed out some shortcomings in the above mentioned
annual report, and thereafter demanded that the Bank issue a corrected annual
report 2008. 

On page 12 in the interrim report for the third quarter 2009, the Bank has
commented on the effect that the shortcomings, as pointed out by the Securities
Counsil, will have, and these shortcomings will be corrected in a new issue of
the Annual Report 2008. 

The corrected Annual Report 2008 will be announced no later than Monday 23
November 2009 in accordance with the Securities Council demand.
