SRV Group Plc issues a EUR 75 million bond

SRV Group Plc issues a EUR 75 million senior unsecured bond. The five-year bond
matures on 18 December 2018 and carries fixed annual coupon at the rate of 5.0
per cent. 

The bond was allocated to 37 investors and the principal amount of the bond was
increased due to strong investor demand. Application will be made to have the
bond listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki. 

The proceeds from the bond offering will be used to for the Group's general
corporate purposes. 

Pohjola Bank Plc and Swedbank Ab acted as joint lead managers and bookrunners
for the transaction.
