Satama Interactive - Major shareholder announcements

NOTICE OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT

Nordea Bank AB (publ.)(business ID: 516406-0120) has today informed Satama
Interactive Plc, that certain derivative contracts entered into by its Finnish
subsidiary Nordea Bank Finland Plc (1680235-8), have matured on June 15, 2007
and consequently Nordea Bank Finland's share of Satama's share capital and
voting rights has exceeded 1/5. Nordea Bank Finland Plc's holding of Satama
Interactive Plc is now 8.650.036 shares representing 20,98 per cent of share
capital and voting rights. 
                                                   
Nordea Bank Finland Plc has entered into forward trading agreements of which
1.430.000 mature in September 2007, 4.096.000 mature in December 2007 and
3.065.000 mature in March 2008. Nordea Bank Finland Plc's holding of Satama
Interactive Plc's share capital and voting rights will decline to under 1/5
once the forward trading agreements have matured in September 2007, to under
1/10 once the forward trading agreements have matured in December 2007 and to
under 1/20 once the forward trading agreements have matured in March 2008. 


The total number of Satama Interactive's shares (SAI1V) is 41.236.808.
