Neste Oil signs EUR 1.5 billion revolving credit facility

Neste Oil has signed a new EUR 1.5 billion multi-currency revolving credit
facility with a syndicate of 19 core relationship banks. The new facility
refinances the Group's existing EUR 1.5 billion facility dated March 2005, and
will be used for general corporate purposes. The facility matures in March
2016.

Mandated Lead Arrangers were Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB,
Danske Bank, Merchant Banking, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Nordea
Bank Finland Plc, Pohjola Bank plc and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.

The facility was oversubscribed.
