The prospectus of the Nordea funds, the two exchange-traded Nordea UCITS ETFs included, has been updated

As the amended articles of association of Nordea Investment Fund Company Finland
Ltd have recently been registered, and the company has changed its name, the
official prospectus of the Nordea funds, the two exchange-traded Nordea UCITS
ETFs included, has been updated accordingly.

The new company name is Nordea Funds Ltd in English, Nordea Funds Oy in Finnish
and Nordea Funds Ab in Swedish. The changes are effective as of 12 December
2013. The company's operations remain unchanged.
