Amir Bernstein to resign from Citycon's Board of Directors

Mr Amir Bernstein, member of the Board of Directors of Citycon Oyj,
has announced his resignation from the Board as of 1 December 2009
following the change in his main employment. The company thanks Mr
Bernstein for his contribution as a Director and as a member of the
Board's Investment Committee.
