Justering i värde av BULL NOKIA X3 H och BULL NOKIA X2 H utgivna av Svenska
Handelsbanken AB (publ) (213/11) 

Värdet i BULL NOKIA X3 H (ISIN: FI4000016001) samt BULL NOKIA X2 H (ISIN:
FI4000012620), med underliggande aktie Nokia (NOK1V), justeras till följd av
att aktiekursen i underliggande aktie fallit betydligt sedan värdepappret gavs
ut vilket försvårar handel i certifikaten (ETN). Justeringen kommer att ske
genom en sammanslagning dvs. omvänd split i respektive certifikat. Därmed ökar
det noterade värdet för certifikaten. Korrigeringen syftar till att förbättra
handelsvillkoren för kunden och att göra prissättningen i respektive certifikat
mer rättvis i relation till kursrörelsen i underliggande aktie. 

Båda certifikaten är noterade på Nasdaq OMX Helsingfors.

Den 19.6.2012 AV (Ackumulerat Värde) för BULL NOKIA X3 H var EUR 0.04 och för
BULL NOKIA X2 H var AV EUR 0.14 

Följande justering i BULL NOKIA X3 H kommer att genomföras:

-  Startvärdet för AV fastställs som AV:s värden den 3 juli 2012 multiplicerat
med 100. 

-  Till följd härav minskar antalet emitterade certifikat från 50 000 000 st.
till 500 000 st. certifikat. 

- I det fall antalet certifikat inte är delbart med hundra (100) inlöses det
antal certifikat som understiger hundra till AV värdet.  Eurobeloppet som
därigenom erhålls krediteras placerare snarast möjligt. Denna process sker per
värdeandelskonto. Ingen ränta betalas för inlösta medel. 

- Sammanslagningen genomförs enligt NASDAQ OMX regelverk

-  Ändringen kommer att gälla från och med 4.7.2012

Följande justering i BULL NOKIA X2 H kommer att genomföras:

-  Startvärdet för AV fastställs som AV:s värden den 3 juli 2012 multiplicerat
med 100. 

-  Till följd härav minskar antalet emitterade certifikat från 50 000 000 st.
till 500 000 st. certifikat. 

- I det fall antalet certifikat inte är delbart med hundra (100) inlöses det
antal certifikat som understiger hundra till AV värdet.  Eurobeloppet som
därigenom erhålls krediteras placerare snarast möjligt. Denna process sker per
värdeandelskonto. Ingen ränta betalas för inlösta medel. 

- Sammanslagningen genomförs enligt NASDAQ OMX regelverk

-  Ändringen kommer att gälla från och med 4.7.2012

Anticipated adjustment of value in BULL NOKIA X3 H and BULL NOKIA X2 H issued
by Svenska Handelsbanken AB (publ) (213/11) 

The certificate values of BULL NOKIA X3 H (ISIN: FI4000016001) and BULL NOKIA
X2 H (ISIN: FI4000012620), with underlying equity Nokia (NOK1V), will be
adjusted due to the considerably lower share price of the underlying share
since the launch of these notes. This causes customer trading complications
with the certificates (ETN). The adjustment will be realized through a reverse
split for respective certificates. This action will increase the quoted value
of the certificates. The purpose of this adjustment is to make the trading
conditions better for the customers and to generate fairer price quoting of the
certificates in relation to underlying movements of the share. 

Both certificates are listed at the Nasdaq OMX Helsinki stock exchange.

On 19th of June, 2012 the AV (Accumulated Value) for BULL NOKIA X3 H
certificate was EUR 0.04 and for BULL NOKIA X2 H the AV was EUR 0.14 

Following adjustments will be made for BULL NOKIA X3 H:

-  The start value for AV is ratified as the value of AV on the 3rd of July
2012 multiplied by 100. 

-  The amount of the certificates, 50 000 000, will diminish to 500 000
certificates. 

- If the amount of certificates cannot be divided exactly with 100, the
exceeding amount will be redeemed at AV value and the euro amount will be paid
to the investors as soon as possible. This process will be done for each
securities account. The redeemed amount is not credited any interest. 

-  The adjustment is made according the rules of Nasdaq OMX.

-  The change will be effected on the 4th of July, 2012
