SSH COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY APPOINTS ERKKI YLI-JUUTI AS VICE PRESIDENT,
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

Erkki Yli-Juuti (45 years) has been appointed as Vice President Intellectual
Property as of April 7, 2014. Erkki Yli-Juuti is a member of the Group
Management Team and reports to Tatu Ylönen, CEO of SSH Communications Security. 

Prior to joining SSH Communications Security, Erkki Yli-Juuti headed product
roadmap and IPR activities at Renesas Mobile, which since October 2013 has been
part of Broadcom Communications. He has an extensive experience on IPR matters,
including more than 10 years with Nokia IPR organization where he held various
management positions. 

Erkki Yli-Juuti received his Master of Engineering Science degree in applied
physics and Licentiate in Technology degree in applied mathematics from
Helsinki University of Technology.
