ALITA, AB (hereinafter - Company) informs that on 28 April 2015 the Company has
concluded a loan contract with UAB “MINVISTA” under which the Company was
granted a credit amounting to 4 344 300 EUR (14 999 999,04 LTL). Credit
repayment term is established until 28 April 2016
