ALDATA APPOINTED ROY J. SIMRELL AS PRESIDENT AND CEO

The Board of Directors of Aldata has decided to appoint Mr. Roy J. Simrell as
the President and CEO of Aldata Solution Oyj, as of 1 December 2011.

Mr. Simrell, born in 1965, has 25 years of broad experience in retail
technology, software development and IT services. Until recently, he was the
President of the US Business unit of a global retail technology provider with
approximately USD 130 million of annual revenues. Prior to that, Mr. Simrell
worked during 9 years at Catalina Marketing in various executive roles, most
recently as Corporate Senior Vice President of Information Technology and
Research & Development. He has extensive experience and a proven track record in
establishing company strategy and objectives and in managing sales and the
delivery of complex, mission critical software projects to some of the world's
leading retailers. He also brings global experience having lived in Europe and
working in Asia. Previously he worked at Fujitsu - ICL Retail Systems as
Director - Point of Sale System Application Development, and at RS Technologies
Inc. as founder and CEO, serving the hospitality and convenience store
industries.

Mr. Bertrand Sciard, President and CEO of Aldata since August 2007, will be
acting CEO until 1 December 2011, when the new CEO enters his position. Mr.
Sciard will continue to act as a member of the Board of Directors at Aldata
Solution Oyj, and is expected to work with Symphony in other capacities as an
adviser. Bertrand Sciard will be entitled to compensation related to his
mandate's loss, based on the terms and conditions of his service agreement."The Board of Directors and Symphony Technology Group thank Bertrand for his
service to Aldata. He has laid the groundwork for Roy by developing Aldata and
guiding the Company's organisation into a more scalable model" says Mr. William
Chisholm, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. William Chisholm comments: "Symphony has been an investor in Aldata since
2006 and we believe in the potential for developing Aldata's business further.
Part of the strategic plan disclosed by Symphony this summer during the process
of the mandatory tender offer was to evaluate changes that may occur in the
management of the Company. We believe that there is a need for certain
adjustments to Aldata in the medium to long term, with the ultimate goal of
positioning Aldata for success. Roy is a critical part of this change; he has in
his previous positions demonstrated his strong ability to run and develop a
leading business of retail software solutions and we are confident that he will
bring the level of experience required to lead Aldata forward. The focus of the
management team will remain to provide best in class solutions and support for
Aldata's customers and market leadership in our sector".
