Aarne Aktan appointed Talentum's CEO

Aarne Aktan, Bachelor of Science (Econ.), has been appointed Chief Executive
Officer of Talentum Oyj as of December 1, 2011. Aktan joins Talentum from
Quartal Oy where he has served as CEO. 

Aarne Aktan has a successful career as an IT entrepreneur in Quartal Oy. He has
experience especially in digital content production and information
distribution. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Helsinki
School of Economics. 

Aktan is the Chairman of the Board of Trainers' House Oyj, as well as a Board
member of Aldata Solution Oyj, Talentum Oyj, AtBusiness Oy and Investis Ltd.

Talentum's CEO Juha Blomster leaves Talentum on October 28, 2011 to become the
CEO of A-lehdet Oy as disclosed earlier. 

Vice Executive President of Talentum, Lasse Rosengren will be acting CEO as of
October 29, 2011 until the new CEO enters his position.
