EFORE REQUESTS TO RECEIVE THE SHARES ISSUED IN THE BONUS ISSUES COMPLETED IN 1994, 1995 AND 1997

The Board of Directors of Efore Plc has decided that the shares issued in the
bonus issues completed in 1994, 1995 and 1997 based on the bonus issue
resolutions made on 12 April 1994, 16 February 1995 and 6 March 1997, that have
still not been claimed shall be declared forfeited unless received no later
than 31 January 2013. 

Efore Plc requests the shareholders to receive the shares issued in the bonus
issues based on the foregoing bonus issue resolutions made on 12 April 1994, 16
February 1995 and 6 March 1997 that still have not been received, under threat
that the shares shall otherwise be declared forfeited. The shares shall be
received by presenting Efore Plc a claim where the preferred book-entry account
for registering the claimed shares is announced. 

Unless the shares given in the foregoing bonus issues are claimed no later than
31 January 2013, the shares shall be sold in a public trade for the benefit of
the party entitled to the shares. The party entitled to the shares shall only
be entitled to the funds received from the sale less the expenses incurred from
the sale and the request to accept. Funds not withdrawn within four years from
the sale shall fall on the company. 

The request is based on chapter 4 section 14 of the repealed Companies Act
(Finnish Companies Act 29.9.1978/734 with its amendments).

This request will be published additionally in the Official Gazette and on the
web page of Efora Plc and will be sent to the shareholders entitled to the
shares whose contact information are known to the company.
